2. Legal basis
2.1. The processing of personal data takes place for the purpose of fulfilling the contract entered into with the customer.
2.2. The processing of personal data is carried out in order to fulfil a legal obligation (eg accounting and settlement of consumer disputes).
3. Recipients to whom personal data are transmitted
3.1. Personal information is passed on to the online store's customer support to manage purchases and purchase history and to resolve customer issues.
3.2. The name, telephone number and e-mail address will be forwarded to the transport service provider chosen by the customer. In the case of goods delivered by courier, the customer's address will be provided in addition to the contact details.
3.3. If the online store is accounted for by the service provider, the personal data will be transferred to the service provider for accounting purposes.
